Services and Costs:


Personal Training.
$100 New client intro package.
Two 1 hour personal training sessions,
Two 1/2 hour consultations
(before or after training).
1st session for assessment of baseline ability, and personal goals.
2nd session for basic programming, and advice based on goals.


$40 Per 1 hour personal training session, no commitment necessary.


$20 per-person, semi-private group personal training.
Group size 2 people minimum and 3 maximum.


Nutrition Coaching (NO meal plans).$30 Per 1 hour
$20 Per 1/2 hour


Sports Nutrition Coaching.
$40 Per 1 hour
$30 Per 1/2 hour


Strengthening & Conditioning, and
Athletic Performance Coaching.


$400 Package A, 8 training sessions, plus ongoing programming every 2 sessions.


$400 Package B, 4 Sessions, plus ongoing programming & feedback on our/your recorded training sessions (4 hours total).


FREE* Outdoor training, Sundays at Esquimalt High School or Highrock Park (weather permitting).
1 hour Parkour & Movement training
Or
1 hour Group Fitness Class
*Free sessions will be filmed for my certification requirements.
